We collect data generated through your use of the Service, including session RSVPs, game statistics, crew membership, and leaderboard standings.

• To operate and improve the Service
• To coordinate sessions and display relevant courts and schedules
• To populate leaderboards and player statistics
• To send notifications you have opted into
• To enforce our Terms of Service

3. What Is Publicly Visible

The following information is visible to other CYC users: your display name, profile photo, game statistics, session history, crew membership, and leaderboard rankings. Your email address is never displayed publicly.

4. Third-Party Services

CYC uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• Vercel — application hosting and analytics

These providers may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

CYC uses browser local storage to save your theme preference and authentication session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Game statistics and session history are retained to maintain leaderboard integrity. If you delete your account, your personal information will be removed, though anonymized statistics may be retained.

7. Children's Privacy

CYC is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Your Rights

You may request to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated data

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use of CYC after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
